The bigger issue is that our goal is to be world class. That means excellence and this is what gets me out of bed in the morning. Who wants to get up for average? not me. Never the less. The fear is that our business will evaporate with the growth of cloud services. I think that as long as people are the ones being served there will always be a need for managed services providers. It's just that the services being provided will change over time. 2016 looks to be a great year!
