As I've said in previous blogs, I'm thankful to be with Veracity. It's been fun to get on board here and see all of the advances they've made through automation and process. Whats even more exiting is that there is a never ending pursuit of new innovations. This is just what we do. it is where I need to be. In my career I've heard a lot of people talk about wanting to innovate. I've seen a lot of companies try and innovate, try to put new systems and procedures in place only to give up and go back to the old way of doing things. I'm convinced that there is often pain that comes along with this kind of change. It takes patience and determination to make it through organizational change to realize the benefits of improved process and systems. It seems that Veracity is committed to this kind of change. Which in the end benefits Veracity, its employees and most importantly its customers.
